Title: Stipend - Intramurals Program Supervisor (Middle Schools) (Internal Only) (SY24-25)

General Duties:
Intramural Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and collaborating with Coordinator of Extended Learning, CPS Athletic Director, building administration and staff for all aspects related to the creation and implementation of the Middle School Intramurals Program
- Taking part in the hiring process for both coaches and referees
- Communication/collaboration with applicable staff and stakeholders including, but not limited to, Community Recreation Manager(s), Middle School Afterschool Building Supervisors, Nurses, Athletic Trainer
- Planning and scheduling gym and practice and game times at all three schools
- Oversight of student recruitment and family outreach
- Oversight of all staff to ensure requirements are met
- Scheduling and logistics
- Supporting staff with planning and operations, day to day issues, and overseeing the tracking and collection of student data (participation, attendance, achievement), and payroll timesheets
- Budget and order materials, gather and distribute professional and technical resource materials
- Grant requirement compliance if applicable
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be current administrator or teacher in the grades listed above who is passionate about leading this work.
Compensation: Paid at hourly contractual rate, not to exceed $6,300 for the year.
Dates/Time: Full Academic Year

- Supervisor is expected to work 5 hours per week, scheduled in collaboration with the Coordinator of Extended Learning. Friday attendance and support for Intramural Games is required.
