Reports to:  Building Principal or Designee

 

Duration:  2024-2025 school year

 

Qualifications: 

The ideal candidate will be a paraprofessional in CPS who has worked 5+ years in the district and has experience training other new paraprofesionals in the district. A Para Lead will be someone who has demonstrated expertise as a paraprofessional and excitement to teach other paraprofessionals how to be successful in the role.

 

Lead Para Responsibilities:

Compensation: Hourly rate for assigned time after school by the Principal. Lead Paras will also receive $100 per month during the school year (up to 10 months).
