Title: Stipend - Summer Learning Site Supervisor - Elementary STEM Intensive Summer Institute (Internal Only) (Summer 2024)

 

 

General Duties:

 

The Learning Summer Site Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Planning and collaborating with administration and staff for all aspects related to the creation and implementation of a summer learning program
• Taking part in the hiring process
• Communication/collaboration with applicable staff and stakeholders including but not limited to nursing, technology, payroll, custodial staff, etc
• Oversight of student recruitment and family outreach
• Oversight of all staff to ensure requirements are met
• Scheduling and logistics
• Supporting summer staff with planning and operations, day to day issues, and overseeing the tracking and collection of student data (participation, attendance, achievement) 
• Grant requirement compliance if applicable

Qualifications:The ideal candidate  will be current administrator or teacher in the grades listed above who is passionate about leading this work.

 

 

Compensation: $1,500 Stipend

 

Dates/Time: The week long intensive institute will run Monday-Friday,July 22nd - July 25th from 9am-4pm
