Title: Stipend - Summer Learning Site Supervisor - MS Summer Program/Calculus Project (Internal Only) (Summer 2024)
GENERAL DUTIES:
The Learning Summer Site Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Planning and collaborating with administration and staff for all aspects related to the creation and implementation of a summer remote learning program
- Taking part in the hiring process
- Communication/collaboration with applicable staff and stakeholders including but not limited to nursing, technology, payroll, custodial staff, etc
- Oversight of student recruitment and family outreach
- Oversight of all staff to ensure requirements are met
- Scheduling and logistics
- Supporting summer staff with planning and operations, day to day issues, and overseeing the tracking and collection of student data (participation, attendance, achievement)
- Grant requirement compliance if applicable
QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will be current administrator or teacher in the grades listed above who is passionate about leading this work.
Compensation: $6,000 Stipend
Dates/Time: Summer school work and planning includes, but is not limited to, the summer school schedule which is:
*Please note, the summer schedule is a bit unorthodox due to the 4th of July.
Summer School will run from July 1st-July 25th. Supervisors days will be 7:45:00AM-12:30PM
- Week 1 - Monday July 1st - Friday July 3rd (3 day week)
- Week 2 - Monday July 8th - Friday July 12th (5 day week)
- Week 3 - Monday July 15th -Thursday July 18th
- Week 4 - Monday July 22nd - Thursday July 25th
