Title: Stipend - CHS Re-Imagination “ 5 Pillar Team” Educator Member (Internal Only) (CHS) (SY 24-25)
About the Position: The CHS Re-Imagination “Five Pillar Team” educator member will work in close coordination of all aspects of the CHS Reimagination, in collaboration with the Barr Foundation. The educator member will work as a member of a Pillar Team consisting of Co-Leads (AP’s and Coaches), district administrators, educators, and students, to ensure that we reach our goal of providing a comprehensive re-imagination of Chelsea High School for future generations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend Pillar Team meetings (2 times per month)
- Serve alongside the Co-Leads to act as liaison between the Pillar Team and the CHS Community
- Help to plan and support Pillar Team meetings.
- Assist and participate in research, pilots, and projects designed through the individual Pillar Team
- Additional before/after school duties as directed by Co-Leads
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a current educator from CHS who is passionate about leading this work.
Compensation: Paid at the individual hourly contractual rate.
Dates/Time: Full Academic Year
- Approximately First Day of School - Approximately Last Day of School
- Two Pillar Team meetings per month (Dates and times TBD) and any additional time as agreed upon through the Pillar Team planning.
