Title: Stipend - Teacher, April English Language Program (Districtwide) (SY23-24)

 

*This position has multiple openings.

 

General Duties:

The responsibilities of the April English Language Program Teacher include, but are not limited to:

  • Communication/collaboration with applicable staff and stakeholders, specifically their direct Program Supervisors
  • Participation in a Chelsea based PD (see schedule below)
  • Creation and implementation of instructional units
  • Creation/collaboration of curricular resources/scope and sequence
  • Compliance with any and all special education requirements if applicable

Note: These are minimum requirements. Teachers may expand upon any of these duties as they see fit, but must meet these daily requirements.                                                                      

 

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a current ML educator in high school or middle school who is experienced in working with multilingual learners. 

 

Compensation: $4,000 Stipend

 

Dates/Time: April English Language Program work and planning includes, but is not limited to, the April English Language Program schedule which is:

  • Monday April 15th - Friday April 19th from 8:30AM-2:30PM
  • Chelsea Based PD Saturday April 6th, from 10AM-2PM.
